WEEKLY LESSONS

All regular lessons are scheduled weekly and are available as either half-hour or hour lessons, with all students being assigned a convenient time on the weekly master schedule. According to policy, if a student needs to miss a lesson, that lesson (along with the payment for that lesson) is forfeited by the student. However, the unwritten agreement is that if the student gives at least 48 hours notice, the student qualifies for a make-up lesson. Although make-up lessons may be scheduled at any time convenient to both the instructor and the student, all make-ups must be scheduled while the student is enrolled with Custom Creations Musical Services for lessons. Once a student terminates study with CCMS, the agreement reverts to the written policy.

Lessons are scheduled year-round, the only exceptions being lessons that are canceled by CCMS for major holidays - New Year's Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. A special Summer Lesson Package with flexible scheduling is offered to afford students time off for vacations. Custom Creations works very hard with each student to accommodate special needs in scheduling.

RANDOM LESSONS

Lessons in any curriculum area are also available on an "as needed" basis. Students who select this scheduling option are not assigned a regular time, but rather contact CCMS when they wish to schedule a lesson. Note: Random lessons are only available as hour (or longer) lessons.
